Medical Excuses:

• When medically excused from Phsical Education a note from a physician is required.  To return to PE a note from the doctor is also required.

• The note must be presented first thing in the morning to obtain an excuse.

•  Parents may write an excuse for a child for one day, after that a doctors note is required.

• If injured during class student must report incident to the teacher.

• If a student develops a pattern of absenteeism, excuses, and / or is frequently unprepared the parent will be contacted.
