Dear Milford Brook Families:
Students and staff here at Milford Brook are excitedly counting down to the last day of school on June 21st and are eagerly counting up to the 2019-2020 school year! As summer quickly approaches, I would like to thank each of you for another fantastic school year. Our school community wishes you and your family a safe, happy, and healthy summer!
Please note that throughout the month of July, the office staff at Milford Brook will be on vacation. Any communication that needs to be conducted with the office staff or principal needs to be done via email or as per the notations below.
Please be advised of the following contact information and summer office hours at Milford Brook School:
- June 24th – June 28th: Office staff will be present during regular Milford Brook School hours. Contact can be made to the school at 732-786-2780.
- July 1st – July 31st: Office staff will be unavailable. If you need any assistance, please do not hesitate to email me (Jodi Pepchinski, principal) at email@example.com. I will get back to you as soon as I can.
- August 1st - August 16th: Office staff will be present from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM. Contact can be made to the school at 732-786-2780.
- August 19th: Office returns to regular Milford Brook School hours. Contact can be made to the school at 732-786-2780.
If you have any questions about transportation or registration, please contact the Transportation Department at 732-786-2640.
If you have moved or are aware that you will be moving, please contact the Main Office by the last day of school. Otherwise, please contact the office as soon as you are aware of the need to transfer out of Milford Brook. Please note that if you are moving within the district (within Manalapan or Englishtown), the school must still be notified of this change of address. Please also notify the Transportation department at the number listed above.
For all grades, report cards will be available at the end of the day on June 21st - -via the Genesis Parent Portal. Please remember to print a copy that week should you need it for extra-curricular activities outside of school!
Placement information will be available the last week in August through the Genesis Parent Portal. Just like last year, in order to receive your child’s placement, you will need to log in to Genesis to read and acknowledge all required information. More information and any updates to this will posted on the website at www.mersnj.us/mb.
